Role Overview

The Senior Marketing & Operations Executive will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing strategies, sales coordination, operational processes, and cross-team collaboration for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

The role involves working closely with internal teams, marketing agencies, consultants, and leadership to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, sales processes, and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Sales Execution

- Assist in executing marketing strategies across digital platforms, offline media, PR, launch events, and on-ground activations.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies for campaign planning, creative development, and timely execution.
- Review creatives and ensure brand consistency across communication channels.
- Track campaign performance and prepare marketing performance reports for management review.
- Support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new projects including pricing, positioning, and launch planning.
- Assist in managing the sales office experience and marketing collaterals.

2. Sales Support & Reporting

- Prepare weekly and monthly Sales MIS reports for management.
- Support lead tracking, sales funnel monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with sales teams to track project performance and market response.
- Work with HR and management in sales team hiring and training initiatives.

3. Operations & Process Management

- Help streamline Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for office administration and documentation.
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, post-sales, and collections teams to ensure smooth project operations.
- Maintain low accounts receivable by coordinating with the post-sales and collections teams.
- Support customer experience processes during pre-sales and post-sales stages.

4. Strategic & Project Coordination

- Work closely with leadership on business planning and execution for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and PMC teams during project planning and execution phases.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in implementing ERP systems, AI tools, and digital workflows for operational improvements.
- Support evaluation and coordination with external partners and vendors.

Candidate Profile

Education

- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA in Marketing / Operations preferred

Experience

- 3–4 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / Operations
- Preference for candidates with Commercial or Residential Real Estate experience

Skills

- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to prepare MIS reports
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agencies
- Strong organizational and execution skills
- Comfortable with field visits and site coordination

Work Requirements

- Candidate should be comfortable with on-site coordination and travel between offices and project locations

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
