Production Planning & Coordination
Make Work Orders- Send to Plant – Follow up from plant and plan for dispatch – Dispatch according to SAP system and FIFO basis
Reply to buyer concerns over email or Whatsapp Groups
Coordinate with sales team for dispatch priorities and order clarity
Coordinate with accounts for billing and documentation
Act as a single point of contact for dispatch-related execution Discipline & Responsibility

Working in Excel and Google sheets is must
