About the Role
This is a high-exposure, high-ownership role for someone who wants to be thrown into the deep end from Day 1. You will sit at the intersection of on-ground field operations, data management, and supply chain coordination for large-scale agroforestry carbon projects. The learning curve is steep — you will be expected to get up to speed quickly on how carbon project operations work, develop strong systems thinking, and take end-to-end ownership of critical functions with minimal hand-holding.
If you are someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building structure where there is none, and wants early career exposure to a fast-growing climate space — this role is for you.

Ensure data integrity, flag anomalies, and maintain clean, audit-ready records at all times
Nursery & Procurement Partner Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for nursery procurement partners

Coordinate with partners to ensure timely supply aligned with field operation timelines
Maintain vendor records and help evaluate partner performance over time

Support the Operations Strategy Manager in identifying bottlenecks, delays, or deviations from plan
Prepare structured summary reports on activity status for internal reviews
Scheduling & Schedule Tracking
Create and maintain detailed operational schedules for on-ground activities across project sites
Track adherence to schedules, flag delays proactively, and help coordinate corrective actions
Maintain a clear log of milestones, pending actions, and dependencies
Who You Are
0–1 year of experience — freshers with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply
Background in Agriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, Operations/Supply Chain, or Data Analytics or a mix of these- not required, but is a plus.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data tools, and tracking systems (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency is a must; exposure to any project management or data tools is a plus)
Strong attention to detail — you take pride in keeping things accurate and organized
Proactive communicator — you don't wait to be told; you ask, flag, and follow up
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being built
Genuine interest in climate, sustainability, or land-based carbon solutions is strongly preferred
