Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Marketing Assistant to support the product marketing and sales enablement functions within our electronic components distribution business. This role involves close coordination with suppliers, sales, and internal teams, playing a key role in product data management, marketing support, and RFQ (Request for Quotation) handling.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Market Support

• Assist in collecting and organizing technical specifications, pricing, and product information from suppliers.
• Conduct basic market research and help benchmark competitor products.

Marketing Collateral Creation

• Support the creation of marketing materials: product brochures, datasheets, presentations, and catalogs.
• Help prepare content for digital platforms such as the website, newsletters, and social media.

Supplier & Sales Coordination

• Communicate with suppliers to gather product information and promotional content.
• Work closely with the sales team to support customer inquiries and product-related documentation.

RFQ (Request for Quotation) Support

• Receive and organize RFQs from the sales team or customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to get accurate pricing, lead times, and availability.
• Prepare RFQ response documents and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain records of all RFQs, supplier responses, and pricing history.
• Follow up with suppliers and assist in tracking quote deadlines.

Database & Content Management

• Update and manage product information across internal tools, ERP/CRM systems, and the company website.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of technical and commercial data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
