Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer with 4–5 years of experience to lead and execute packaging designs across our product range. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual design skills with an understanding of packaging materials, print processes, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative, consumer-centric packaging aligned with Open Secret’s brand identity
• Develop packaging for new product launches and refresh existing SKUs
• Create print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and vendors
• Ensure accuracy in layouts, barcodes, regulatory information, and dielines
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams
• Stay updated on packaging trends, materials, and sustainability practices
• Maintain consistency across all packaging touchpoints

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in packaging design (FMCG / food & beverage preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and production workflows
• Experience working with dielines and print specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good to Have

• Experience with sustainable or eco-friendly packaging
• Basic understanding of food labeling regulations
• Exposure to brand-led or D2C companies
