Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online tutoring sessions for students from different grades and subjects.
• Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with Vedantu’s curriculum.
• Track and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Engage students through interactive teaching methods, quizzes, and activities.
• Address student queries and provide support outside scheduled sessions as needed.
• Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve teaching strategies.
• Maintain a professional and positive learning environment during online sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or fresh graduate in any discipline (preference for those with a background in Science, Math, English, or related subjects).
• Strong command over the subject you intend to teach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Comfortable with online teaching platforms and digital tools.
• Patience, empathy, and ability to motivate students.
• Ability to plan and deliver structured, interactive, and engaging lessons.

Experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
