- *Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for an Online Teacher at AILERNOVA. The Online Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons, create educational content tailored to the CBSE syllabus, and provide transparent, student-friendly instruction. Responsibilities include planning lessons, teaching online classes, training students in various subjects, and fostering an interactive virtual classroom environment to enhance student understanding and success.

- *Qualifications**
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education to create and deliver effective, curriculum-aligned content
- Proficiency in Teaching and Training to actively engage students and ensure successful knowledge transfer
- Excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and interact effectively with students
- Ability to use digital tools and technology for virtual teaching purposes
- Passion for education and familiarity with the CBSE curriculum
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; additional teaching certifications are a plus
