- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Drive online sales by converting inquiries into purchases through personalized assistance and follow-ups.
- Provide styling or product guidance to enhance the customer shopping experience (especially for fashion/luxury brands).
- Manage and process online orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Track orders and proactively update customers on delivery status, delays, or issues.
- Handle returns, exchanges, cancellations, refunds, and payment-related queries efficiently.
- Manage customer concerns and ensure quick resolution to maintain brand trust and loyalty.
- Maintain customer data, order records, and interactions in CRM systems.
- Assist customers throughout the online shopping journey, improving conversion rates and reducing drop-offs.
- Support online sales campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
- Monitor customer feedback and share insights to improve products, services, and user experience.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with repeat and high-value customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
