Role: Online Marketplace Manager
We are looking for a smart, organized, and execution-focused person who will manage all our online selling platforms and lead generation channels.
This role requires someone who understands e-commerce marketplaces, product listing, inventory management, and online customer conversion.
Responsibilities
Marketplace Management
Manage and operate company accounts on:
Amazon
Flipkart
Meesho
IndiaMART
Exporters India
Other online platforms as required
Product Listing & Catalog Management
Upload new products with proper titles, descriptions, and images
Optimize listings for better visibility and sales
Maintain proper product categorization
Update prices and product details regularly
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate inventory across all marketplaces
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure stock availability
Prevent overselling or stock mismatch
Order Management
Monitor daily orders from all platforms
Coordinate with packing staff for order preparation
Ensure timely dispatch of all orders
Lead Generation & Sales
Generate leads from IndiaMART, Exporters India, and other B2B platforms
Respond to enquiries promptly
Convert leads into sales
Maintain follow-up with potential buyers
Customer Handling
Handle customer enquiries and messages
Maintain positive customer ratings and reviews
Resolve customer issues quickly
Reporting
Provide regular reports on:
Sales performance
Marketplace analytics
Lead generation results
Inventory status
Required Skills
Experience in Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho seller accounts
Knowledge of IndiaMART lead handling
Basic understanding of product SEO and listing optimization
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously
Basic Excel / inventory management knowledge
Experience
Preferred:
06month –3 years in E-commerce / Marketplace Management
Freshers with strong learning ability may also apply.
