Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Online Computer Course Instructor to join our dynamic e-learning team. In this remote, flexible role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and practical computer training sessions to students of varying skill levels. You will play a crucial role in empowering learners with real-world computer literacy, software proficiency, and digital skills. Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver comprehensive online computer courses (Microsoft Office, Basic IT Skills, Internet Applications, etc.)

Create engaging video lessons, presentations, assignments, and quizzes

• *

Provide live virtual training sessions and doubt-clearing webinars

• *

Track student progress and provide constructive feedback

• *

Stay updated with new software and tools to keep course content current

• *

Support students via email, discussion forums, and one-on-one sessions as needed

Collaborate with the content development team to improve course quality

Maintain records of attendance and performance for reporting purposes

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field

Proven experience in teaching or training computer-related subjects

• *

Strong command over commonly used computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.)

Excellent communication and presentation skills

• *

Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical learners

Self-motivated, organized, and committed to learner success

• Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in online teaching, corporate training, or academic instruction in the IT domain

Experience creating e-learning content or using LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Google Classroom, Teachable) is preferred

• Working Hours:

Flexible schedule based on your availability

Minimum of 10–15 hours per week (can increase based on course demand and performance)
