Online Account Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Online Account Manager to manage and grow restaurant partnerships on our platform. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and using data insights to improve performance, sales, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with restaurant partners to optimize their presence on the platform, increase order volumes, and execute promotional campaigns while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Restaurant Acquisition & Onboarding

Identify and acquire 30–50 restaurant partners per month through prospecting, lead generation, and cold outreach.

Negotiate commercial terms and manage the end-to-end onboarding process.

Guide partners through platform setup including menu uploads, pricing, and images. Account Management & Partner Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners via calls, emails, online meetings, and presentations.

Educate partners on platform features, promotions, and best practices to improve performance.

Act as the primary point of contact for partner queries and support.

Sales & Campaign Execution

Promote partnership opportunities and advertising products to restaurant partners.

Drive participation in discount campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.

Achieve monthly sales and campaign participation targets.

Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

Monitor key performance metrics such as:

Order volume

Acceptance rates o Delivery performance o Customer ratings and feedback

Analyze restaurant performance using Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools.

Provide insights and recommendations to partners to improve sales and efficiency.

Market Expansion & Growth

Identify high-potential restaurants and onboard them to strengthen the platform’s assortment.

Support restaurant partners with menu optimization, pricing strategy, and promotional planning.

Identify upselling opportunities including advertising and marketing solutions.

Reporting & Business Insights

Prepare regular sales, performance, and campaign reports.

Use data insights to improve acquisition strategies, partner engagement, and revenue growth.

Requirements Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience

1–4 years of experience in:

Food delivery platforms o Restaurant partnerships

E-commerce

Sales or account management.

Business or data analytics

Experience with food delivery aggregators or food-tech companies is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets

Pivot tables

Data analysis

Financial calculations

Data reporting and performance analysis

Experience with Business Intelligence tools (preferred):

Power BI

Tableau

Looker Studio

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong negotiation and sales abilities

High attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
