I run a youtube channel that publishes systems science explainers - how systems principles shape our world, technology, economy, politics, etc.

I'm looking to hire an ongoing video editor who can add animations (2D mostly, but sometimes 3D), find and add b-rolls, find and add music, add motion graphics, etc.

I will provide a rough cut of best-take a-rolls, so you will only need to do minor pacing and vocal adjustments.

Ideally, I want someone who has experience creating science explainers, but related experience might work too, like someone who is comfortable with science and technology to understand my script, so that they don't detail frame-by-frame directions, and would only need overall tone/style/concept directions.
Better yet, someone who can suggest narrative and animation ideas, instead of just executing what I ask for.

The edits and animations don't need to be fancy. Not all of the video need animations and b-roll either.

I just need enough of them to convey the idea of the script clearly and accurately, and keep viewers engaged.

Right now, I can make about two 20-min videos per month, but I'm hoping to get to 4 videos per month.
This also depends on the length of the videos too. I can finish a 10-min video much faster usually.

Please give me a rough range of how much it cost for you to produce a video like the one I linked above, and how long it will take.
I understand each video will be different so I won't hold you to these numbers. This is mostly for me to gauge what's possible.
