The Opportunity

This role offers the opportunity to build and execute high-impact BTL and hybrid marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, market penetration, and customer acquisition. You will work closely with educational institutions and partners, delivering on-ground and virtual engagements, managing lead generation efforts, and owning campaign performance with clear visibility into ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draw out a comprehensive marketing plan to boost penetration, brand awareness and acquisition of customers

  • Organizing company conferences and customer/partner events at colleges, universities, bookstores, coaching centres, educational fairs, Career fair, public places etc that are hubs for our target audience • Define clear objectives and monitoring of campaigns with a clear visibility on ROI

  • Good understanding and management skills of database for multiple formats of lead generation

  • Capable of executing events - webinars, selection drives and other customer engagement using offline network to generate high intent leads.

  • Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and workshops with educational institutions to promote our offerings

  • Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in BTL marketing, preferably within EdTech or educational institutions.

  • Access to or experience managing a strong client and partner database relevant to EdTech products. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Willingness and enthusiasm to work extensively in the field.
