Job Purpose

To support Shubhashish Homes’ expansion strategy by sourcing land opportunities primarily through broker networks, strengthening market outreach, and assisting in end-to-end land acquisition activities including feasibility analysis, market research, documentation, and due diligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source land leads primarily through broker networks to expand market reach in Indore.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, landowners, and local market stakeholders.
  • Conduct land visits for physical verification and preliminary assessment.
  • Carry out market research, market mapping, and competition analysis for identified locations.
  • Assist in initial project planning and preliminary feasibility studies.
  • Coordinate and participate in landowner and broker meetings.
  • Support documentation related to land acquisition, negotiations, and approvals.
  • Assist in due diligence activities by coordinating with legal, technical, and finance teams.
  • Track market trends, pricing benchmarks, and upcoming development opportunities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and feasibility notes for management review.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and support closure of identified land opportunities.
  • Perform additional business development tasks as assigned by senior management.

  • Candidate Profile
  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
  • Experience:
  • Officer: 2–5 years
  • Sr. Officer: 5–8 years
  • Experience in real estate business development or land acquisition is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets and broker-driven land sourcing models.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics in Jaipur and/or Indore.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for land visits and market assessments.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
