Role Overview:

We are looking for proactive and organized Office Interns to assist our Online Sales Team with daily operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, fashion retail, and online customer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the online sales team with order processing and fulfillment
• Help coordinate packing, dispatch, and order tracking
• Maintain and update order records and customer details
• Support the team in handling basic customer queries
• Help manage WhatsApp, Instagram, and website order flow
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required

Requirements:

• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of social media and online sales platforms
• Comfortable using Google Sheets / basic computer tools
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn
• Interest in fashion, e-commerce, or retail is a plus
