Job Summary:

We are hiring Office Assistants for full-time, day-shift roles in Delhi-based offices. This is a great opportunity for freshers who have passed 12th class and want to begin their career in office administration or support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily office operations and paperwork
• Maintain files and organize documents
• Handle basic data entry and record-keeping
• Manage photocopying, scanning, printing, etc.
• Support office staff with clerical tasks
• Handle incoming and outgoing documents or courier

Eligibility & Skills Required:

• Minimum 12th pass (graduate freshers can also apply)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word/Excel is a plus)
• Good communication and a helping attitude
• Should be punctual, organized, and willing to learn
• Polite and respectful behavior in the office environment

Working Hours:

• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
• 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off or As Assigned)
• Fixed working hours, no overtime unless required

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹9,000 – ₹13,000/month (based on location and company)
• Timely salary with PF/ESI (if applicable)
