OEM Sales Manager

As a Sales Executive in this role, you will be responsible for the following:

- Visiting corporates and managing customer relationships in your assigned sales territory to achieve dealer-wise targets
- Conducting trade promotional activities on a product-wise, territory-wise, and month-wise basis
- Facilitating sales promotion activities on a day-wise, week-wise, and month-wise schedule
- Engaging in market development activities focused on both pro trade and pro retail markets
- Executing OEM Marketing strategies
- Providing a monthly sales forecast based on sales reviews and project outlook, while coordinating with project sales teams throughout the distribution network
- Monitoring and developing dealer and retailer networks within your assigned territory
- Implementing various retailer and dealer schemes to drive sales growth
- Expanding OEM Sales geographically by appointing and managing dealers and sub-dealers efficiently
- Managing dealer relationships and maintaining a uniform pricing structure in the market
- Participating in market activities to monitor, develop, and control all Key Result Area (KRA) related activities, and effectively implementing the company's predefined strategies
