Role Description

Arvind SmartSpaces is seeking a dedicated full-time Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Manager for an on-site position at our Ahmedabad location. The role involves developing and implementing health and safety policies, conducting risk assessments, leading accident investigations, and ensuring compliance with environmental and occupational health regulations. The candidate will design and deliver training programs, promote a culture of safety across the organization, and contribute to the overall well-being of employees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) management
• Strong understanding of Occupational Health standards and practices
• Experience in Accident Investigation processes and root cause analysis
• Ability to develop and deliver effective Training programs on health and safety topics
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations, compliance procedures, and risk assessment methodologies
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field
