Our mission to increase the tree population and native tree cover of our country through plantation and maintenance.

Job Summary:
The Nursery Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily nursery activities, ensuring proper care of plants and saplings, maintaining accurate records, and managing nursery workers to ensure smooth operations at the nursery site.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day nursery operations and ensure proper care of plants and saplings.
• Monitor watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest control activities.
• Ensure plant health and report any disease or damage to the Nursery Manager.
• Maintain daily records and counting of plants, saplings, and seedlings.
• Allocate work to nursery workers and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Ensure workers follow safety guidelines and work instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the nursery area.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and shifting of plants as required.
• Keep basic records of tools, fertilizers, and nursery materials.
• Submit daily or weekly progress reports to the reporting authority.

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of plant care and nursery operations.
• Ability to supervise and manage nursery workers.
• Basic counting and record-keeping skills.
• Physically fit for outdoor and nursery site work.
• Must have own bike.

Experience & Qualification:

• Master’s in horticulture/forestry with experience in nursery, gardening.
• Basic education; training in horticulture/agriculture will be an advantage.

Salary

• 17000 to 20000 per month .
