You would be working as a Nokia Mediation Senior Analyst / Developer with over 10 years of experience, serving as the primary technical expert for the installation, configuration, operation, and troubleshooting of Nokia Mediation / Eventlink platform(s). Your role will involve close collaboration with Linux infrastructure teams, focusing on automation, security, and performance optimization of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Platform Installation & Lifecycle Management
- Install, configure, and upgrade Nokia Mediation / Eventlink components on Linux servers.
- Manage platform lifecycle activities such as patches, configuration changes, and environment evolution.
- Ensure proper integration with underlying OS, middleware, and infrastructure components.

- Linux & Infrastructure Collaboration
- Act as the technical interface with teams managing Linux servers.
- Support system-level investigations including CPU, memory, disk, and process behavior.
- Participate in capacity planning and platform dimensioning.

- Security, Identity & Containers
- Configure and maintain Keycloak for authentication and authorization.
- Work with Docker containers as needed.
- Ensure secure configuration and compliance with internal security standards.

- Automation & Configuration Management
- Develop and maintain Ansible scripts for deployment, configuration, and operational tasks.
- Enhance automation to minimize manual operations and enhance platform reliability.
- Set up services and scripts to run correctly at system boot time.

- Monitoring & Custom Tooling
- Design and maintain custom monitoring solutions, including Perl scripts.
- Identify process hangs, abnormal resource consumption, and platform anomalies.
- Implement proactive alerting and health checks.

- Performance & Troubleshooting
- Analyze and resolve issues related to NodeManager and other core Eventlink/Nokia Mediation processes.
- Address hanging or slow processes, as well as excessive resource usage (CPU, memory, I/O).
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis and suggest sustainable fixes, interacting with Nokia Mediation R&D for issue reporting.
- Support production incidents and contribute to post-incident reviews.

- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing
- Document platform architecture, installation procedures, and operational practices.
- Share knowledge within the team to mitigate single-point-of-failure risks.
