A role in the Contact Center Technology and Customer Experience (CX) platform sector, focused on deploying and customising cloud-based omnichannel contact centre solutions. The team delivers integrations, IVR and routing logic that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and agent efficiency. Primary title: NICE CXone Developer. Location: India (On-site).

Role & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop and customise NICE CXone call flows, IVR scripts and omnichannel routing using CXone Studio and platform components.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between CXone and CRM/telephony systems via CXone REST APIs and web services.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis and deploy fixes with clear rollback and post-mortem documentation.
  • Build reusable components, automation scripts and adapters to accelerate integrations and improve maintainability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA and operations to translate requirements into technical designs, test plans and deployment artefacts.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and monitoring dashboards for on-site support teams.
