Job Opportunity: Network Engineer (L1) – Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Australian Time Zone (24/7 support & rotational shifts)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1 level support for Global IT infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance using tools like Solar Winds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, NAGIOS.
- Perform proactive monitoring of Cisco R&S;, HP Aruba, Ruckus Wireless, WAN and ISP links.
- Handle bandwidth utilization analysis and generate availability and trend reports.
- Respond to alerts/notifications configured in monitoring systems.
- Carry out basic network operations: VLAN creation, port/user mapping, DHCP, wireless connectivity troubleshooting, etc.
- Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration Management.
- Work with ticketing tools like Service Now for issue tracking and resolution.

Technical Experience:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a global IT support setting.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and network gear.
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN bandwidth and performance monitoring.
- Experience in generating technical reports for clients or management.
- Exposure to global customer support environments.

Required Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Global IT support operations.
- Proficient in monitoring and ticketing tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Understanding of ITIL framework and processes.
- CCNA certification is a strong advantage.
