About the role

As a pivotal member of our team, you will expertly manage SCAN Operations, ensuring seamless network functionality and robust security measures that support the organization's objectives.
  • Oversee the operation, configuration, and maintenance of computer networks including SCAN Operations to ensure reliable performance.
  • Conduct regular network monitoring and troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard network infrastructures against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance and integrate new technologies.
  • Document network configurations and changes while providing user support and training as necessary.

  • About you

    You are a proactive Network Administrator with a degree in Computer Engineering (B.E) and a strong background in computer networking. With at least 3 years of relevant experience and certifications like CCNA or CompTIA Network+, you possess a mix of technical proficiency and interpersonal skills. Your adaptability and problem-solving mindset enable you to address challenges with efficiency and a service-oriented approach.

    Your professional skills:
  • Demonstrated expertise in configuring and managing LAN/WAN networks, providing support for users and troubleshooting connectivity problems.
  • Proficient in network security protocols and practices, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data.
  • Ability to utilize various network monitoring tools to analyze performance metrics and generate reports for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with routing and switching technologies to optimize network traffic and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Familiarity with cloud networking principles and technologies to support the evolving needs of the organization.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities enabling effective troubleshooting of network-related issues under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
