We are an industrial automation company based in Surat seeking a DevOps & Network Engineer (Fresher) to support our infrastructure, server environment, and secure connectivity across industrial and enterprise systems.

This role involves working with networking, server configuration, VPN services, and CI/CD pipelines. The candidate will assist in maintaining reliable and secure IT infrastructure supporting automation systems and internal applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage basic network infrastructure including VLAN setup and segmentation
• Install and maintain Windows Server and Ubuntu Server environments
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot VPN services (e.g., WireGuard, OpenVPN)
• Monitor and analyze network traffic and firewall logs
• Assist in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Manage source code repositories and deployment workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab)
• Support firewall configuration and network security policies
• Maintain system updates, patch management, and server hardening
• Perform basic troubleshooting of routing, DNS, and connectivity issues
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures
• Document infrastructure configurations and network diagrams
