As a Naval Architect at Accurant Engineers and Consultants Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and adherence to project specifications in basic engineering, stability calculation, and technical drawings using Maxsurf. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with structural engineers to ensure compliance with industry standards and codes. Additionally, you will lead and manage a team of Naval Architects and Engineers, build their capabilities through regular training, and support the recruitment process. You will act as a technical lead on projects, interact with the central organization to define workload priorities, and distribute work to the local team accordingly. It will be your responsibility to supervise and guide graduate engineers and Naval Architects to deliver organizational and project quality requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Derive compartmentation of vessels for integrity and stability
- Conduct naval architectural calculations and prepare intact, damage stability booklets for various vessels
- Experience with Probabilistic Damage Stability Calculations
- Estimate lightship weight and ensure weight control during design development
- Prepare statutory documents such as capacity plans, tonnage plan, sounding tables, etc.
- Liaise with class for approval of booklets
- Provide technical support for Loading software and other engineering software development
- Support stability team for the review of stability booklets and inclining experiment reports
- Conduct inclining experiment

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in stability-related jobs
- Strong background in Structural Engineering
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of software such as FORAN, Maxsurf, or Autoship is preferred
