Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Agra for a National Sales Marketing Manager at Ram Balraam Chainss Pvt Ltd. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales and marketing team, market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, setting and achieving sales targets, and maintaining company brand standards across marketing initiatives. Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams to align business objectives is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Marketing Campaigns, and Sales Forecasting
• Experience in Team Leadership, Client Relationship Management, and Negotiation
• Proficiency in Market Analysis, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
• Professional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience in a national-level sales or marketing leadership role
