As a National Sales Manager for the Cutting Tools Division in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in leading the All India Sales operations. With your 20 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer/distributor networks, and overseeing a pan-India sales team in the industrial tools and engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and supervise regional sales teams across India focusing on cutting tools and related products.
- Cultivate and enhance relationships with dealers, distributors, OEMs, and end-users.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and key accounts.
- Stay informed about competitor activity and market trends to formulate strategic initiatives.
- Promote products, conduct technical presentations, and engage with customers effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams for business alignment.
- Prepare and evaluate monthly sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Ensure the sales team is well-trained and motivated to improve performance and retention rates.

Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering; MBA is advantageous.
- 12-18 years of experience in Cutting Tools, Machine Tools, or Industrial Sales.
- Demonstrated success in managing pan-India sales operations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout India.
