Role Overview:

We are seeking a agile and proactive professional with prior experience

working closely with the music artist community—ideally in artist management,

distribution, or a related domain. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding

of the independent music ecosystem and a passion for discovering and nurturing

emerging talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify rising independent artists on Instagram, YouTube, Spotify


• Sign and Manage Artists for Distribution


• Negotiate contract with Artist


• Collaborate with internal teams and partners for releases


• Monitor and Analyse KPI’s


• Attend showcases, and artist community events


• Build relationships with managers/producers/songwriters who influence artist

decisions
