Job Title: Multimedia Designer (UI/UX, VFX & Video editors)

Position Overview

Seeking a versatile and innovative Multimedia Designer to join our Content Studio team. The ideal candidate is a creative powerhouse skilled in UI/UX design, video editing, graphic design, and cutting-edge AI generative tools. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of engaging digital content, from intuitive application interfaces to compelling animations and marketing visuals. We have a strong preference for candidates with experience in the educational sector and a portfolio that demonstrates specialization in AI-driven visuals.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Visual Design:

• Produce high-quality graphics and video content for web, mobile, social media, and marketing campaigns using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Canva.
• Utilize AI animation and generative tools (e.g., text-to-video, generative fill) to create unique animations, AI-powered images, and short-form videos, optimizing them for multi-platform distribution.
• Edit and adapt video footage, crafting motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling and brand messaging.

User Interface & Experience (UI/UX):

• Design intuitive user interfaces and end-to-end experiences in Figma, including wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
• Conduct usability reviews and iterate on designs based on user research, A/B testing, and stakeholder feedback to improve accessibility and user satisfaction.

Strategy & Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define requirements, align on goals, and ensure a smooth handoff and implementation of designs.
• Maintain and evolve our design system, component libraries, and style guides to ensure consistent brand and UI patterns across all deliverables.
• Stay current on the latest trends in UI/UX, motion design, and AI tooling, actively proposing workflow improvements and automation opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,775.65 - ₹41,606.76 per month
