In this role, you will be responsible for translating real-time chat conversations across multiple languages to ensure clarity, professionalism, and accuracy in communication between global clients and teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Translate real-time chat messages between customers and support teams across designated language pairs.

  • Ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural sensitivity in all communications.

  • Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection protocols during all translations.
  • *

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve translation quality and user experience.
  • *

  • Proofread and edit translations for spelling, grammar, and context.
  • *

  • Manage multiple chats simultaneously while ensuring consistent performance.

  • Report any discrepancies or issues encountered during translation to supervisors.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in at least two languages (including English and one or more of the following: Hindi, Spanish, French, German, Mandarin, Tamil, Arabic, or others).

  • Excellent reading comprehension, grammar, and typing skills.

  • Ability to quickly translate chat text while maintaining meaning, tone, and accuracy.
