Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Multi Cuisine Chef who can work as a Senior CDP and handle responsibilities similar to a Head Chef. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian, Continental, and basic Chinese cuisine, menu planning, kitchen operations, and team handling.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine preparation


• Ability to manage kitchen operations independently


• Good leadership and hygiene standards


• Experience in hotels/resorts preferred
