Role Overview: As a seasoned Java + MuleSoft Lead Developer at Sutherland, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining robust backend services and messaging infrastructure. Your key role will involve designing authentication flows, enabling inter-service communication, and driving system integration using MuleSoft, ActiveMQ, and Java Spring technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of MuleSoft APIs and integration flows for authentication and data exchange. - Architect and implement ActiveMQ-based messaging solutions for distributed systems. - Build and maintain secure, scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot. - Collaborate with frontend, platform, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment. - Monitor and optimize performance of messaging queues, API gateways, and backend services. - Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance across the system. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, architecture discussions, and best practices.
