Organizational Development Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Mode

Experience: 5 -10 years

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Organizational Development (OD) professional who will play a key role in strengthening people practices aligned with Infogain’s business strategy. The role involves designing and implementing OD frameworks, driving employee engagement initiatives, building competency models, and contributing to the overall employee experience.

Conceptualize and drive global OD initiatives through well-structured project plans.

Lead end-to-end execution of employee engagement surveys – including data analysis, insights sharing, action planning, and communication in collaboration with business leaders.

Strengthen Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).

Partner with the HR team to drive key strategic HR projects and interventions.

Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
