Role Description

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer for a full time role based in our Worli, Mumbai office . The role follows a 5-day in-office and 1-day remote working structure .

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics and editing dynamic video content for digital platforms. This role involves collaborating with the creative team on various design projects and ensuring all deliverables are visually compelling and aligned with client requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
Designing and animating motion graphics for digital content
Editing and producing engaging video assets for multiple platforms
Incorporating creative design elements to enhance storytelling and visual impact
Collaborating with the team to maintain consistent brand aesthetics across projects
Delivering high-quality work within tight timelines

Candidates are required to have their own laptop for work.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Motion Graphics, Motion Design, and Video Editing
Hands-on experience in video production and post-production workflows
Strong understanding of graphic design principles
Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work within deadlines
Positive communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment
A portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video work
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
