Job Description :

Adithya Global School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our early years team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Montessori education and be committed to creating a nurturing, child-centered learning environment that supports the holistic development of young learners.

Montessori teachers guide children through hands-on learning activities, encourage independence, and observe students’ progress to support their individual learning paths.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan and implement Montessori-based learning activities and lesson plans.
- Prepare and maintain a well-organized Montessori classroom environment.
- Encourage children to explore, learn independently, and develop practical life skills.
- Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain student records.
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development of students.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe and positive classroom environment.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and career development programs.

Qualifications :

- Montessori Teaching Certificate (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in Montessori teaching
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for working with young children

Skills :

- Knowledge of Montessori philosophy and materials
- Creativity in teaching and activity planning
- Patience, empathy, and leadership with young learners
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
