We’re looking for a Montessori Teacher to join our team We are a Montessori school that is dedicated to providing a high-quality education to our students. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about Montessori education and who is able to provide a nurturing and supportive workplace for our students.
- Builds and maintains positive relationships with parents, children, and the school community to provide general assistance
- Assists with the management of classroom resources to ensure consistency
- Manages individual classroom activities, such as planning, developing schedules, and modeling behavior
- Guides, monitors, and directs children in adherence to classroom rules and procedures
- Assesses individual children’s needs for a better teaching and learning experience
- Develops individualized lesson plans for every child
- Provides learning experiences and materials that address all developmental areas
- Consults with parents on their child’s progress
- Assists with administrative duties for receiving and distributing funds and goods
- Researches, implements, and evaluates programs within the school
- Identifies and addresses issues of concern
- Provides training to school staff
- Organizes and maintains safe and clean classrooms
- Provides leadership and direction to school staff
- mplement the curriculum and Montessori philosophy
- Train and develop other teachers
- Supervise the classroom environment, including setting and enforcing safety regulations
- Develop interest and skill in each student through child-directed learning
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring and enforcing safety regulations
- Prepare for classes, communicate with parents, and problem-solve classroom issues
- Assist in scheduling, maintaining, and updating school records
- Communicate with others in a positive and professional manner
