The MIS Executive/Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office while providing essential management information systems support. This position will involve handling various administrative tasks, data analysis, and reporting to support the company's decision-making process.

• *Key Responsibilities**:
• *MIS and Data Management**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including sales, marketing, and financial data.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Develop and maintain efficient data management systems and processes.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

• *Office Administration**:

- Manage office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, and visitors.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.

• *Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and update company records and files.

• *Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MIS or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
