Job Summary

The Senior MIS professional will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, Team Management, Reporting and managing the organization’s MIS framework. The role involves providing accurate, timely, and insightful reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive MIS dashboards and reports for senior management.
• Handle, Team lead, and manage all MIS and reporting teams across the organization.
• Allocate work, set targets, review performance, and ensure timely delivery by all team members.
• Provide guidance, training, mentoring, and performance feedback to the entire team.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data across all departments.
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and performance indicators.
• Coordinate with departments to understand reporting requirements and translate them into MIS solutions.
• Establish data governance, data validation, and quality control processes.
• Oversee automation of reports and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Manage MIS-related projects, system upgrades, and integrations.
• Prepare reports for meetings and senior leadership reviews.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Information Systems, Statistics, Management, or a related field)
• Master’s degree Any

Preferred Background

• Experience working with senior leadership.
• Exposure to large organizations, government projects, Team Handling, Team Reporting manufacturing, or service industries.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
