We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and analyze operational and manufacturing data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing MIS reports, maintaining dashboards, and supporting management with accurate data for decision-making.

The candidate should have strong Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with MES and SAP systems in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for production, inventory, purchase, and dispatch.
• Extract and analyze operational data from MES and SAP systems.
• Maintain production dashboards and performance reports for management review.
• Monitor machine utilization, production output, and efficiency data.
• Track purchase orders, supplier deliveries, and inventory movement.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, material consumption, and shortages.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and trackers.
• Analyze trends related to production performance, rejection, downtime, and inventory.
• Support cross-functional teams with accurate operational data and reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and data records.

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, Dashboards)
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Hands-on experience with MES systems
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Ability to work with manufacturing operational data

Industry Preference

Candidates with experience in Mechanical / Manufacturing industries such as:

• CNC machining
• Fabrication
• Assembly manufacturing
• Industrial component manufacturing

Qualification

• B.Com / BBA / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical or relevant qualification)
