Mid-Market Account Executive (AI Productivity SaaS)

We are seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to join a fast-growing Series A start-up building an AI-powered productivity platform that automates complex scheduling and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for a driven and organized sales professional with experience in SaaS and a passion for productivity tools.

About the Role:
As a Mid-Market AE, you’ll work with a high volume of qualified inbound leads and take ownership of the full sales cycle—from running demos to negotiating and closing deals. You’ll collaborate closely with the product and customer success teams to deliver value to customers while providing insights that shape the product roadmap.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage inbound leads and convert them into paying customers.

  • Conduct product demos to showcase the AI agent’s capabilities and value.

  • Identify and navigate between buyers, end-users, and decision-makers to close deals efficiently.

  • Onboard new customers and provide initial support for FAQs and setup.

  • Partner with internal teams to share feedback and improve product-market fit.

  • Manage and close contracts ranging from $5K to $100K ACV, owning the full deal cycle.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in horizontal productivity or workflow tools.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • Self-motivated, curious, and excited about start-up growth and innovation.

  • Bonus: Passion for productivity tools or experience selling to operations or GTM teams.
