Job Description:· Candidate must have minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in corporate MICE sales· Corporate MICE sales experience preferably in hotel, aviation & Travel sales,· Candidate is required to develop a relationship with corporate C-suites· Should have consultative/entrepreneurial bent of mind to generate MICE leads and close Group/ MICE Sales.· Should have a stable career track record in MICE sales.· Full sales cycle ownership - lead generation to conversion along with revenue metrics.· Planning and achieving sales targets.· Generating Mice business from new accounts and expanding existing client base to achieve consistent profitability.· Responsible for developing a sales strategy to ensure that sales targets and revenue goals are achieved.· To ensure deliverables are met within the timeframe of all the sales process.· Develops and maintains effective network within the business community and industry.· Develop, maintain and nurture long term relationships with top accounts and key client decision-makers.· Imparting training to new recruits and making them wiser to achieve their pre-planned business targetsRequirements:· Exceptional Selling negotiation skills.· Positive Networking skills and Relationship Management skills.· Strong Communication / Presentation skills.· Organized, Self-discipline and pro-active.· Strong Analytical Skills, problem solving and decision-making skillsWhat we offer:· Competitive salary and benefits package· Opportunities for professional development and advancement· A supportive and inclusive work environment· Best teams to work with
