Position: Full-Time – MICE Sales Manager

Location: Kolkata

Experience & Profile (What We’re Looking For):
  • Strong corporate network across the Eastern Region, with proven experience in developing and managing large corporate accounts.
  • Prior experience with leading travel brands
  • Excellent customer connect and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage CXOs and senior corporate decision-makers.
  • Strong pre-sales capability — preparing impactful proposals, presentations, and destination-led concepts for MICE programs.
  • Solid product knowledge of global destinations, incentive travel programs, and conference logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive conversions and close high-value MICE deals.
  • Exposure to corporate events, brand activations, and experiential programs will be an added advantage.
