Role Description

We are seeking a talented and creative individual for a full-time Meta Ad role based on-site at our Ghaziabad office. The role involves managing creative direction and branding for Meta ad campaigns, designing visually appealing graphics, and handling end-to-end art direction to align advertisements with brand identity. Daily tasks include designing and refining Meta ad creative assets, exploring new art directions, and collaborating closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign strategies for fragrant product promotion.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Creative Direction, Branding, and Art Direction, with the ability to align campaigns with the brand's identity.
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, along with an eye for visually engaging designs.
• Solid experience in conceptualizing and executing innovative brand campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work closely with a creative team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and an understanding of social media advertising trends.
