Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist located in Warangal. The primary responsibilities include providing mental health care, conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans, managing cases, and performing crisis interventions when needed. The role also involves working closely with clients to facilitate their emotional well-being and offering resources to support their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Mental Health Care and a solid foundation in Mental Health and Psychology
• Experience in Case Management and handling a variety of client cases effectively
• Skills in Crisis Intervention and the ability to provide immediate support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to empathize and work collaboratively with diverse populations
• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Licensed or certified as a mental health professional is highly preferred
• Previous experience in a clinical or community mental health setting is beneficial
