Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist located in Nagpur. The Mental Health Specialist will provide mental health care, assess psychological needs, and offer case management and crisis intervention. The role involves working closely with individuals in need of support, developing tailored strategies, and providing resources to promote mental well-being in a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mental Health, Mental Health Care, and Psychology
• Proven ability in Case Management and Crisis Intervention
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Relevant certification or licensure in mental health counseling is a plus
• Experience in developing and implementing mental health programs is advantageous
