• *Job Summary**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Trend Analysis**: Research and analyze current fashion trends, market demands, and competitor products to ensure the brand's offerings are competitive and innovative.
- **Design Development**: Create original designs for men's clothing and accessories, including sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes.
- **Material Selection**: Choose appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments for each design, considering both aesthetic and functional aspects.
- **Collection Planning**: Develop cohesive seasonal collections that align with the brand's vision and target market.
- **Technical Design**: Collaborate with pattern makers and garment technicians to ensure designs are accurately translated into final products.
- **Product Presentation**: Prepare design boards, mood boards, and other presentation materials to showcase collections to internal teams and external clients.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, merchandising, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and align with the brand's commercial strategies.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee the sample development process and provide feedback to ensure high-quality standards are met.

### Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in men's fashion design, preferably within a well-known brand or design house.
- **Portfolio**: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of men's fashion designs, including sketches, technical drawings, and completed pieces.

### Skills:

- **Design Software**: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and têxtiles.
- **Creativity**: Exceptional creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Market Awareness**:Deep understanding of current fashion trends and consumer preferences in men's fashion.

### Preferred:

- Experience with sustainable fashion design and knowledge of eco-friendly materials and production methods.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume design environment.
- Strong network within the fashion industry.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
