We are seeking a skilled Medical Transcriptionist/Scribe with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Thana, Kannur. As a Medical Transcriptionist/Scribe, you will be responsible for accurately transcribing medical documents from audio recordings provided by healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Transcribe medical reports, summaries, office visit notes, and other medical documents from recorded dictation.

2. Ensure accuracy and completeness of transcribed documents, following established guidelines and formatting requirements.

3. Edit documents for grammar, punctuation, and clarity, adhering to medical terminology and standards.

4. Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

5. Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify dictation and ensure accurate documentation.

6. Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines and quality standards.

7. Stay updated on medical terminology, procedures, and industry trends.

8. Utilize transcription software and other tools efficiently to enhance productivity.

1. 1-3 years of experience in medical transcription or scribing.

2. Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology.

3. Excellent listening and typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

5. Familiarity with transcription software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Diploma or certification in medical transcription is preferred.
