About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth and market development for surgical and critical care medical devices in the Ludhiana region.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth
  • Achieve regional sales targets for surgical and critical care medical devices.
  • Expand business in Hospitals, and nursing homes across the region.
  • Market Development
  • Identify new business opportunities and increase product penetration in the surgical segment.
  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and hospital management.
  • Clinical Engagement
  • Conduct product demonstrations, clinical discussions, and technical presentations with healthcare professionals.
  • Promote product adoption through CME programs, workshops, and clinical education activities.

  • Hospital & Supply Chain Coordination
  • Work closely with hospital procurement teams and supply chain departments.
  • Ensure smooth product availability and handle commercial negotiations.
  • Competitor & Market Analysis
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies, and market activities.
  • Provide market insights and recommend strategies to strengthen product positioning.
  • Strategic Planning
  • Develop regional sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and implement action plans to increase market share.

  • Qualifications
  • Mandatory experience in surgical medical devices
  • Experience working with hospitals and surgeons
  • Strong network with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and hospital procurement teams
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong knowledge of hospital IPD workflows
