Role Overview

We are hiring 1 experienced Medical Sales Executive / Pharma Sales Executive to handle territory development and dealer network expansion for:

• Ortho Support Products and Rehabilitation(Bandages, Braces, Supports)
• Personal Hygiene products
• Wound care and Dressing
• Surgical Drapes and kits

This is a target-driven field sales role focused on expanding dealer networks and driving repeat orders in the medical consumables segment in Malappuram market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell ortho support products (bandages, braces, supports)/Surgical Gloves/ Surgical Disposable Products/Personal hygiene products/Wound care and dressing .
• Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks
• Handle pharmacy, hospital, and clinic sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Expand new accounts and strengthen existing relationships
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis
• Coordinate orders and payment follow-ups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Marketing. (Masters degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in medical, pharma, ortho, or healthcare sales
• Product exposure preferred: Ortho support products or surgical disposable products
• Experience in dealer/distributor handling or hospital sales preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹42,000 per month (based on experience)
