Qualification:

• B.Sc. or B.Pharm preferred
• Candidates with 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative (if not B.Sc./B.Pharm)
• Candidates with a Diploma in Pharma must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative

Work Experience:

• Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience for non-B.Sc./B.Pharm or Diploma holders

As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Lupin Pharmaceuticals’ medications to healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists. Responsibilities

• Promote Lupin Pharmaceuticals’ medications to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Schedule and attend appointments with healthcare providers to discuss the benefits and uses of company medications.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Lupin Pharmaceuticals' products, including their active ingredients and therapeutic benefits.
• Meet sales targets set by Lupin Pharmaceuticals through strategic planning and relationship building.
• Stay updated on new products, healthcare regulations, and market trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Provide accurate product information to doctors and pharmacists, ensuring they are well-informed about Lupin’s formulations.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities and market conditions to management.
• Represent Lupin Pharmaceuticals at conferences, seminars, and meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth distribution and availability of products.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Pharmacy (B.Pharm) preferred.
• Candidates with 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative are welcome if not holding a B.Sc./B.Pharm degree.
• Diploma in Pharma holders require a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the role.
• Strong knowledge of Lupin Pharmaceuticals’ medications and their applications in healthcare.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Hindi and English.
• Ability to manage schedules and meet sales targets effectively.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Strong networking skills and ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare providers.
