Role Summary

As a Senior Analyst – Medical Editor , you will ensure editorial excellence across scientific and promotional materials by refining language, structure, and accuracy. You will review manuscripts, slide decks, brochures, and digital content, applying industry style guides, referencing standards, and regulatory compliance checks. The role involves close collaboration with writers, designers, and project managers to maintain high editorial standards across therapeutic areas and client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Edit scientific, promotional, and medical content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and consistency with established style guides.
Verify scientific claims and references to ensure data accuracy and regulatory alignment.
Apply client-specific guidelines, AMA Manual of Style , and GPP principles across deliverables.
Collaborate with writers and creative teams to maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and visual alignment.
Provide editorial feedback and support quality assurance reviews.
Participate in editorial audits and stay updated on scientific standards and regulatory expectations.

Day-to-Day Deliverables
Edit multiple content formats including manuscripts, brochures, slide decks, digital materials, and emailers.
Cross-check citations and validate scientific claims for factual accuracy.
Apply brand and style guidelines across all deliverables.
Work with writing and design teams to resolve content inconsistencies.
Support quality assurance reviews and maintain process documentation.
Keep current with editorial standards, compliance requirements, and medical communication practices.
